The highly flexible and hygienic Inline Cup Filler, from the series AFIC, is solidly built and easy to operate.This series is designed for a very high hygienic standard and provides filled and sealed products with a long shelf-life.The AFR series is available with a packaging output speed of between 3000 and 12,000 containers per hour, depending upon the product, volume, cup size, cup shape, and the head space inside of the filled container.The stations are designed with high flexibility and all functions are fully servo driven, pneumatic driven, frequency-controlled motor driven, and controlled from the control panel.

The highly flexible cleaning system, from the APC series, is solidly built and easy to operate. The APC series CIP systems are designed to produce an extremely high hygienic standard and provide the possibility of cleaning highly sensitive process equipment like: process reactors, storage tanks, pasteurisation units, filling machines, and many other types of equipment that require a strict hygienic cleaning.The APC Series is available with a flow rate output from 1 to 100m³ per hour per every cleaning cycle and the ability to clean and sterilise up to 10 units of process equipment at the same time, depending upon the equipment. The systems are designed with high flexibility, so that all cleaning cycles and recipes are fully controllable from the control panel.

The highly flexible Box Folding Line, from the series ABO, is solidly built and easy to operate.This series accommodates a large variety of box types and sizes. The box folding line is fed with stacks of flat box cutouts on pallets.The machine takes the stacks of boxes down from the pallet and feds the stacks into the machine. After the boxes have been separated, the opener folds the boxes and checks that all the walls of the boxes have been assembled correctly.The ABO series is available with an output speed of between 1500 and 3000 boxes per hour, depending upon the shape and size of the boxes.
